Frankie has been teaching Fitness, Yoga and Pilates for 30 years. With more than 25 certifications, she is adept at making your workout effective and fun! Frankie will help you understand the nuances of physical movement so that you will be better able to get results from your exercise program.
Sarah has certifications in Pilates and the Melt Method. With equestrian and athletic roots, she brings a unique perspective to the studio and aims to keep you pain free so you are able to enjoy all the fun outdoor activities that Teton valley has to offer.
Megan is an avid skier, cyclist and fitness enthusiast. Having achieved incredible fitness and weightloss success with classes at Barefoot she decided to become a teacher at the studio. She specializes in High Intensity Fitness classes.
A former ski instructor and avid cyclist, Erica developed a serious back and shoulder problem several years ago. She found that the Pilates and therapeutic exercise programs taught at Barefoot were ideal for rehabbing her body back to optimal strength. She now teaches Pilates classes at the studio.
